Information we may collect

• Account information such as name, username, email address and phone number.
• Profile information and an optional profile photo.
• Service and order information for verification numbers, Facebook creation numbers, proxy services and VPN subscriptions.
• Wallet, deposit and transaction information needed to process payments, credits, refunds and purchase history.
• Payment screenshots when a non-Play/direct-distribution build allows manual deposit submission.
• Device/session information such as device identifiers used by the app, app version, IP address, login sessions and Firebase Cloud Messaging token.
• Notification status needed to deliver and synchronize order, wallet and security alerts.
• Approximate or precise location only after permission is granted and only for user-facing local pricing/offers and region-relevant services. The app does not request background location.
• Security/activity information used for fraud prevention, account protection and troubleshooting.

How we use information

• Authenticate users and maintain secure sessions.
• Provide purchased services and display order status.
• Process wallet credits, deposits, refunds and verified Google Play purchases where applicable.
• Deliver push notifications and security alerts.
• Show region-relevant offers/pricing after the user chooses to enable location.
• Provide customer support, prevent abuse and protect accounts.
• Comply with legal, accounting, fraud-prevention and regulatory obligations where applicable.

Location

Location permission is optional and requested in context. When you choose to use local offers or pricing, the app can read your current approximate or precise location. When you request local offers, the latest foreground location you explicitly share may be stored with your account so authorized administration can provide location-relevant offers and support. SMS OTPS OFFICIAL does not request background location and does not use location to read your address book.

Photos and camera

Camera/gallery access is used only when you choose to upload a profile photo or another user-initiated image required by a supported feature.

Contacts

The app does not request broad contacts permissions and does not upload or harvest your address book. If you use the optional system contact picker, Android lets you choose one contact and the selected name/number is shown locally in the app for your convenience.

Firebase Cloud Messaging

The app uses Firebase Cloud Messaging to deliver user-facing notifications. Device push tokens are stored so alerts can be delivered to registered devices. Invalid push tokens may be removed automatically.

Google Play Billing

The Google Play distribution build can use Google Play Billing for digital wallet top-ups. Purchase tokens are sent to the SMS OTPS OFFICIAL server for server-side verification before wallet credit is granted. Raw payment card details are handled by Google Play and are not stored by SMS OTPS OFFICIAL.

Data sharing

Information may be processed by service providers that are necessary to operate the app, such as hosting, Firebase Cloud Messaging and Google Play services. We do not sell personal information to advertisers.

Security and retention

API traffic is designed to use HTTPS. Authentication tokens are stored securely by the app and token hashes are used server-side where applicable. We retain account data for as long as necessary to provide the service. If specific records must be retained for security, fraud prevention, accounting, disputes or legal obligations, they are retained only for the required period and then deleted or anonymized where appropriate.

Account and data deletion

Signed-in users can request permanent deletion inside the app from Profile → Settings & Support → Delete Account & Data. You can also submit an external deletion request at https://smsotps.online/delete-account.php.

Your choices

You may decline optional camera, notification or location permissions. Some features may be unavailable when the permission required for that feature is not granted.

Children

SMS OTPS OFFICIAL is not designed or marketed as a service for children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when app functionality or legal requirements change. The current version will remain publicly available at this URL.
